vegan isn't bad, fanatism is. Mainly vegan supports organic (chemical free) Veggies and fruits and lentil etc etc, the lack of meat, well you can do without meat if you eat fish or atleast some dairy now and then. It's hard to get organic dairy but if you find it it's good to get that one.

madmovie6- Just because people eat vegan doesn't mean they are malnourished. Organic is healthier since it's free from preservatives and meat can have diseases from the animal if not from a trusted place and sometimes hormones are added for faster growth of the animal which is not healthy for the animal or us. In the end,this way of eating is actually healthier. Not saying you HAVE to be organic, just don't think of it as limited food choices cuz it's perfectly fine. That's how life used to be!

The sugar may not be vegan, make sure you check with the manufacturers to know if it's processed with the bone char process! Some of it is and some of it isn't.
