The "Plus 3" and " ... By: CAFFlyer. on 19 Mar 10, 05:04:38 The "Plus 3" and "Plus 5" denotes his speed in relation to the landing reference speed. Many pilots like to have a little "cushion" in case of a last second wind gust. The "600" and "500" are the rate of descent.
The pilot not flying (the Captain in this case) gives these numbers so the pilot flying doesn't have to take his eyes off of landing the airplane.
Also, the computer voice is reading out the height of the airplane above the ground.
